I am beginning my quest for 90 days of health. This means, exercise, better eating, and attempting to rid myself of my sedentary lifestyle.
I will be posting daily activities, food consumed, and my general well being. I will accompany as much of this with as many pictures (god help you) and stats as I can manage.

Day 8: Sleep
I'm glad I got in the extra hour+ this morning. It means I can actually function, and look forward to tonight's workout! Granted, this will be after the driving range, so hopefully I'm not too tired already.
