I am beginning my quest for 90 days of health. This means, exercise, better eating, and attempting to rid myself of my sedentary lifestyle.
I will be posting daily activities, food consumed, and my general well being. I will accompany as much of this with as many pictures (god help you) and stats as I can manage.

Day 12: Morning After
Woo, Good night of sleep, and I feel pretty loose, though my back is sore (I see this being a repeat issue). Legs and Back are probably gonna kill me tonight :)
