I am beginning my quest for 90 days of health. This means, exercise, better eating, and attempting to rid myself of my sedentary lifestyle.
I will be posting daily activities, food consumed, and my general well being. I will accompany as much of this with as many pictures (god help you) and stats as I can manage.

Day 10: Take 2
Wait what? What happened to Day 10 activities?
Life got in the way of my workout last night, so I'm pushing back my schedule. Sucks, but I figure it's ok.
Life does that ;) course it ok. Just Bring it back ;)
